Maroon & Gold Dollars
If you receive a M&G bonus, whether with a meal plan promotion or the M&G Bonus Rewards Program, the Bonus M&G will automatically be placed on your ASU Student ID. M&G will be valid until you graduate or forfeited after 6 months of non-usage.

M&G Bonus dollars are not valid at certain locations including: Crepe Club – All Locations, Bodhi Market, Dominos – All Campuses, Bento Sushi, Shake Smart, Burger King, Uncle Maddio's Pizza, Charlies Cafe – All Locations, Spitz Restaurant, Fatburger, Osaka Grill, EverBowl, Wetzel's Pretzels Food Truck, 2Bites Burgers Food Truck, Lofi Doggies, Starship Robot Delivery and Bowl of Greens - Downtown Phoenix Campus.
What are Maroon & Gold Dollars?
Maroon & Gold Dollars (M&G) are declining balance dollars that work like a debit card and can be used at any Sun Devil Dining location.
Campus Residents: If you live on campus, you must purchase a residential meal plan via your My Housing Portal before you can purchase additional M&G Dollars. M&G Dollars from your residential meal plan transfer from the Fall to Spring semester and over the summer. Any dollars not used by the conclusion of summer session are forfeited. All accounts are reset at the conclusion of summer session. M&G purchased in addition to your residential meal plan will transfer from semester to semester until you graduate or leave the university.
Commuter Students/Faculty/Staff: If you live off campus or are faculty/staff, M&G Dollars transfer from semester to semester until you graduate or leave the university.
All M&G Dollars must be spent prior to graduation or leaving the university, any unused dollars prior to graduation will be forfeited. M&G Dollars may also be forfeited if there is no use on the account for six months or longer or if you leave the university.
