As more students, faculty and staff are following Gluten Free diets, Sun Devil Dining is continually working to provide a variety of Gluten Free options on campus.

At the All-You-Care-To-Eat Dining Hall, you have the freedom to design meals to fit your specific dietary needs. Be sure to ask the location manager, chef, or one of the supervisors about specific ingredient information and “upon request” items.

Made without Gluten Ingredients Options
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, yogurt, rice chex cereal, cream of rice (upon request)
Salad Bar: fresh fruit and vegetables, legumes, hummus, yogurt, tofu
Daily Root: vegan entrees and soups within menu cycle (ask staff if daily option is made without gluten)
Pizza: gluten-free pizza available upon request
Grill: grilled chicken breast, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, turkey burgers (without bun)
Deli: gluten-free bread available to make grilled cheese, turkey, ham, peanut butter, tuna salad, salad, vegetable, hummus, or other customized sandwiches
Home Zones: cycle menu features starch, pasta pronto, rice dishes, potatoes, or vegetable options (ask staff if daily option is made without gluten)
Stir-Fry: choice of fresh vegetables with rice, rice noodles, or quinoa with olive oil or other gluten-free sauces.
