Easy Pay Meal Plans

On a budget? No problem. Sun Devil Dining Easy Payment Plan is available as a secondary option to paying in full when selecting a meal plan and is available for the below mentioned Meal Plans.

Easy Pay allows you pay for your meal plan in 3 easy installments. The payments from the listed semester meal plan (Unlimited, Sparky's Favorite, Gold, Barrett Platinum, Barrett Unlimited, Barrett Silver) is over 3 total payments. You pay the first third of the total purchase price at checkout, then you will be automatically billed for the remaining payments on the 2nd payment date and 3rd payment date mentioned below in the scheduler. When you purchase a meal plan, your Sun Card will be loaded with:

MAROON & GOLD DOLLARS
Maroon & Gold dollars (M&G) are declining balance dollars that can be used at any Sun Devil Dining location. You can add additional M&G at any time throughout the semester.

MEALS
One meal swipe gives you full access at the dining halls on campus for one hour each meal period. Meal Exchange, at select locations, offers meal options for a swipe of your meal plan. See FAQs for more details.

Resident meal plans must be selected with housing application.
First-time freshmen and upper division/graduate students living in a traditional residence hall are required to purchase a traditional meal plan.

Resident Meal Plan Brochure (PDF)

Dining Halls Retail Rate (Cash, Debit, Credit, or M&G): Breakfast $6.95, Lunch $8.95, Dinner $9.95, Sunday Brunch $8.95.

Barrett Dining Center Retail Rate (Cash, Debit, Credit, or M&G): Breakfast $8.95, Lunch $10.95, Dinner $12.95, Sunday Brunch $10.95.

Meals can be used at: Tempe: Hassayampa, Manzanita, Pitchforks inside the Memorial Union, Barrett Dining Center; Taylor Place at the Downtown Campus; Verde Dining Pavilion at West Campus and Citrus Dining Pavilion at the Polytechnic Campus. Premium meals served at the Barrett Dining Center will cost a meal swipe plus $2 for breakfast, $3 for lunch and $4 for dinner for the above plans (M&G Dollars, cash, debit/credit may be used to cover the additional fee).

Unused M&G Dollars from residential dining plans transfer from Fall through Summer semester. Any unused M&G are non-refundable at the end of the Summer session and cannot be transferred to the new academic year. Meals must be used in the week or semester (depending on the plan) they are issued in. The week begins on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday. Unused meals do not roll over from week to week, or semester to semester.
