When you purchase a meal plan, your Sun Card will be loaded with:

MAROON & GOLD DOLLARS
Maroon & Gold dollars (M&G) are declining balance dollars that can be used at any Sun Devil Dining location. You can add additional M&G at any time throughout the semester.

MEALS
One meal swipe gives you full access at the dining halls on campus for one hour each meal period. Meal Exchange, at select locations, offers meal options for a swipe of your meal plan. See FAQs for more details.

Resident meal plans must be selected with housing application.
First-time freshmen and upper division/graduate students living in a traditional residence hall are required to purchase a traditional meal plan.
